Agreement

These terms govern your use of wholesale.danexgen.com, operated by DanexGen LLC ("DanexGen," "we," "us"), a California company based in San Jose, CA. By using this site — browsing it, submitting a form, or applying for wholesale — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Retail purchases made through danexgen.com are governed by that store's own terms, not this page.

What this site is (and isn't)

Danexgen.com is an informational and wholesale-inquiry site. It describes our products, sourcing, and wholesale program, and lets you apply, ask questions, or submit a resale certificate. This site does not process orders or payments. Actual ordering happens through portal.danexgen.com, available once your wholesale application is approved, and is governed by the separate terms you agree to there.

Wholesale program

• Submitting a wholesale application does not guarantee approval. We review applications and follow up by email, typically within 24–48 hours.
• Pricing, minimum order quantities, formats, and product availability shown on this site are illustrative and subject to change. Confirmed pricing and terms are set at approval and may be adjusted for your account over time.
• Sales tax exemption is applied only after we've verified a valid, matching resale certificate. Submitting a certificate does not itself grant exempt status.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep product descriptions, sourcing details, and certifications accurate and up to date, and we correct known errors when we find them. Even so, we don't warrant that everything on this site is complete or error-free at every moment — if something matters for a purchasing decision (certifications, pricing, availability), confirm it with us directly before relying on it.

Acceptable use

Please don't use this site to submit false information, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, interfere with the site's normal operation, or use any automated system to scrape or bulk-submit our forms.

Intellectual property

The DanexGen name, logo, and the content of this site (text, design, photography, and the tier names Kiwami, Wakaba, Miyabi, Fuji, and Gyoku) belong to DanexGen LLC unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to reference or link to this site; please don't reproduce it wholesale or use our branding without asking first — sales@danexgen.com.

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DanexGen LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
