The rules for using this site.

Agreement

These terms govern your use of wholesale.danexgen.com, operated by DanexGen LLC ("DanexGen," "we," "us"), a California company based in San Jose, CA. By using this site — browsing it, submitting a form, or applying for wholesale — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Retail purchases made through danexgen.com are governed by that store's own terms, not this page.

What this site is (and isn't)

Danexgen.com is an informational site describing our products, sourcing, and wholesale program. This site does not process orders or payments. Most orders are placed directly on danexgen.com — no application required. Standing accounts that prefer net-15 invoicing instead of card payment are invoiced directly by our team once their application is approved.

Wholesale program

• Orders placed directly on danexgen.com require no application and are priced at the posted rate shown at checkout.
• Submitting a standing-account application does not guarantee approval. We review applications and follow up by email, typically within 24–48 hours.
• MOQs and net-15 invoicing terms shown on this site apply to standing accounts and are illustrative and subject to change. Confirmed terms are set at approval and may be adjusted for your account over time.
• Sales tax exemption is applied only after we've verified a valid, matching resale certificate. Submitting a certificate does not itself grant exempt status.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep product descriptions, sourcing details, and certifications accurate and up to date, and we correct known errors when we find them. Even so, we don't warrant that everything on this site is complete or error-free at every moment — if something matters for a purchasing decision (certifications, pricing, availability), confirm it with us directly before relying on it.

Acceptable use

Please don't use this site to submit false information, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, interfere with the site's normal operation, or use any automated system to scrape or bulk-submit our forms.

The DanexGen name, logo, and the content of this site (text, design, photography, and the tier names Hinata, Kiwami, Wakaba, Miyabi, Midori, Shizen, and Aoi) belong to DanexGen LLC unless otherwise noted.
