How we handle your information.

Who we are

DanexGen LLC ("DanexGen," "we," "us") supplies matcha, tea, coffee, and café supplies to wholesale partners. This policy covers wholesale.danexgen.com — our marketing and wholesale-inquiry site. It does not cover danexgen.com, our retail store, or portal.danexgen.com, our separate ordering portal for approved wholesale accounts — each has its own data handling as part of its own terms.

What we collect

We only collect what you actively submit through a form on this site. We don't run analytics or advertising cookies at this time, and this site doesn't process payments.

Shop Notify Me	Email address only

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, review your wholesale application, or process your tax-exempt request.
• To prioritize and follow up on inbound inquiries — we use Anthropic's Claude AI to help triage and score new inquiries by likely fit and urgency before a person reviews them. This scoring never determines final approval on its own; a person makes that call.
• To keep a record of your account and communications if you become a wholesale partner.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, on servers located in the United States. Uploaded resale certificates are stored in a private file bucket that only DanexGen staff can access — it is not publicly browsable.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run this site and our business — currently Supabase (database and file storage) and Anthropic (AI-assisted inquiry triage, described above) — and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and application records for as long as reasonably useful for our business relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.

Your choices

• Access or correction: email sales@danexgen.com and we'll tell you what we have on file or fix it.
• Deletion: email us and we'll delete your information unless we're required to keep it (for example, tax or accounting records for an active account).
• California residents: under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we've collected, request its deletion, and opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" — which is moot here, since we don't sell or share personal information for advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@danexgen.com.

Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access-restricted storage) to protect what you submit. No online system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle your information, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
